Why do we go into battle without inquiring of the Lord first? When scripture makes it clear that the Lord is the best war strategist there is. If you are facing a battle and have come to the end of yourself… No idea of what to do next, yet you still desperately want to see victory… Do what David did…he simply asked God, 1. If he should go into battle? 2. If he went into battle, would he win? The Lord not only told him “yes” but He also gave him a battle plan. He told him, “Do

This week, I have been bombarding heaven with prayers for myself. I have a need that only God can meet. I have asked God to forgive me of any sin that could hinder my prayers. I also reminded God of all that I have sacrificed in His name, desperately seeking justification for why He should answer my request. Then this morning, I read Exodus 39:7, which reminds me that the priest represents the people to God. When a priest goes before the Lord, he is supposed to make sacrifice

“Their contributions were more than enough to complete the whole project.” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭36‬:‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬ In planting seasons, we till and fertilize the soil. Next, we plant seeds. After that, we occasionally de-weed, water, and turn the ground over around the garden. Then we wait for God to bring the rain and for His marvelous creation to produce a harvest from what we planted. Many beautiful things happen beneath the soul in the waiting that eventually produce an even more beaut

I had the sweetest and most encouraging “text” conversation with a friend last night. We texted encouraging words of wisdom and knowledge until we both fell asleep. When I awoke this morning, my Bible reading took me to Exodus 33:11 NLT. It says that God would talk to Moses “face to face” as one speaks to a friend. Just thinking about how meaningful my “text” conversation with my earthly friend was makes me ecstatic to know I could have a meaningful “face-to-face” conversatio

In the year, 2026, you will be “Sought After”. These are the things you will be sought after for… The extent of your Words. The intent of your Heart. The depth of your Perception. The scope of your Intellect. The measure of your Faith. The strength of your Stamina. The width of your Love. The limits of your Will. The path of your Hope. The anointing of your Skills. Examine each one carefully under the watchful eye of the Almighty. Make sure to test yourself by looking inward

Jesus Christ was rejected by all his earthly contemporaries, and any faith He had in the Will or Strength of this earthly body was subdued. This ensured He could walk His last days on earth in victorious authority of the Lord God Almighty. “And he said, “The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭9‬:‭22‬ ‭NIV‬‬ Must Suffer Many Thin

The biggest block between God and us is often “Unforgiveness”. Not that God has not forgiven our sins, because He has. The problem is that we cannot forgive others for their trespasses against us. When teaching the disciples how to pray, Jesus said to pray like this, “…And forgive us our debts AS we also forgive our debtors.” We often forget that the word 'AS' can be translated as 'simultaneously'. Meaning “at the same time as” or “while I am”. So it makes me think of it li

Before she could be infiltrated by evil, Mary, the mother of Jesus, was chosen to receive, carry, and deliver Jesus to this world. After being delivered from the evil of this world, Mary Magdalene was chosen to carry the message that Jesus had risen. Now, by accepting Jesus as our Risen Savior, we all can: 1. be delivered from evil 2. receive the hope of Eternal Life 3. walk in Divine Purpose Both Marys had divine purposes of equal importance. No matter what anyone says,

An “inhabited” or “lived-in” home tends to get messy! Yet, those are some of the happiest homes! God intended for us to INHABIT, which means to LIVE, DWELL, or OCCUPY. Enjoy your life! Give God all the Glory, and He will tend to the mess! -Angel Diane #enjoyyourlife #TrustTheProcess #GiveGodTheGlory #angeldianeauthorspeaker #WiseWoman2026 #WaitingWell

Prophetic word for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one today! While you slept last night, the Lord sent a beautiful dove with shining wings to cover you in the darkness and gloom of what today would hold. When you went to sleep, you did so in dread of dealing with today. But the Lord delivered a bit of peace, restoration, and healing to your soul last night while you slept. The Dove hovered over you during the transfer to protect you, so the enemy could not interve

“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭27:17‬ ‭NLT‬‬ My beach-bestie friend gets me! She understands what's important to me. No topic is off the table when we are together. We discuss the Bible, religion, relationships, real estate, home design & decor, philosophy, travel, politics, books, writing, teaching, world events, family, clothing, hair, health, and music. We empower each other with our words and our hearts. We use our minds to reason and

In Isaiah’s vision of the Lord, I could see a revelation forming in my mind as I read: the seraphim flying could have been led or guided by the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity. It doesn’t say that, but that is what I saw in my mind's eye when I read chapter seven. Verse two says that as they flew, they covered their faces. I wonder if this was so that their eyes could not lead their path. When we see what lies ahead, we become dependent on what we see in front

This morning, I ponder how I can thank the Lord? How can I give Him the praise He is worthy of? The only thing I can think of would be to live my life in such a way that every step I take and every breath I breathe exudes His love and goodness. That may sound impossible, but reaching a place of profound gratitude has changed everything. I have found that true, deep Gratitude manifests creative and spontaneous praise of all forms and fashions. -Angel Diane #AngelDianeAuthorS

When we become adults, we are so proud that we no longer have to explain ourselves to anyone else. We can come and go as we please and make all our decisions without having to run them by anyone for approval. But in Exodus 8, Moses reminds — and even commands — the people not to forget to tell their sons why they “do what they do”. Why? The reason is that it will instill faith in the Lord in their children's hearts. When the Lord answers our prayers, it changes our mindset, r

How many times have we feared that our rebellion had cost us too much, that there was no way we could ever be right with God again? In Jeremiah chapter 24, we see a conversation between the prophet Jeremiah and the Lord. The Lord shows him a basket full of “very good figs” and a basket full of “bad figs”. It says the bad ones were so bad that they could not be eaten. The Lord proceeds to tell Jeremiah, that even though they are bad, they are not too bad for him. He makes the
